Kiseki cartridges are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover stylus wear and is void if the cartridge has been subject to misuse, accident, or negligence or has been tampered with or modified in anyway without the written authorization of Kiseki USA.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
First contact the dealer from whom you purchased your cartridge to discuss the issue. Many times, your dealer will be able to troubleshoot your questions or arrange for repair if necessary. If you are unable to resolve your problem with your dealer, please contact Kiseki USA directly at 909-931-0219 for further assistance.
A Return Authorization number will be issued for your warranty repair. Any product returned without proper return authorization will be refused. Properly pack your cartridge in its original packing, and include any documentation that will help diagnose your problem.
Kiseki USA will not provide service for product not purchased from an authorized dealer. Please contact Kiseki USA if you have any questions regarding dealers.
This warranty is not transferable from the original owner to any subsequent owners. This warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
